Digital Product & Refund Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026

This policy explains delivery, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for digital products and private intensives purchased through Life After Divorce, operated by EleMental Health Counseling & Consulting Services. Please read it before purchasing.

Digital product delivery

The Life After Divorce workbook and other digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment, usually through an on-screen download, email, or both. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking spam or promotional folders.

If you do not receive access, receive the wrong file, or cannot open the file, email jessica@elementalhealthtx.com with the name and email address used for the order. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide a working replacement file.

Digital product sales

Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable intellectual property, digital-product sales are final once the download or access link has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or under the limited circumstances below. This no-refund term should be displayed clearly before payment.

When a digital refund may be approved

A refund or other correction may be considered when:

You were charged more than once for the same product in the same transaction or due to an apparent processing error.

The file is materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement after you request technical assistance.

You did not authorize the transaction, subject to reasonable verification and review.

Applicable law requires a refund.

Requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase to jessica@elementalhealthtx.com and should include the purchaser’s name, order email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when practicable; financial institutions control posting times.

Change-of-mind requests

We do not provide digital-product refunds because a purchaser changed her mind, did not use or complete the material, expected a different result, experienced a change in personal circumstances, or purchased without first reviewing the product description. Nothing in this section limits a nonwaivable consumer right.

Private intensive payment

An intensive date is not reserved until the required agreement and payment are completed. The price and included services will be disclosed before payment. Unless different written booking terms are presented before payment, the following rules apply.

Rescheduling and cancellation by the participant

At least 72 hours before the scheduled start time: You may request one reschedule without an additional rescheduling fee. The replacement date must be selected from available appointments and used within 60 days of the original date.

Less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time: The payment is nonrefundable. One reschedule may be offered at our discretion based on the circumstances and availability.

Late arrival: The intensive will ordinarily end at the originally scheduled time. A late arrival does not entitle the participant to additional time or a partial refund.

Missed intensive: A failure to attend without timely notice is nonrefundable and does not include an automatic reschedule.

Cancellation by Life After Divorce

If we must cancel an intensive, you may choose a mutually acceptable replacement date or receive a refund of the amount paid for that intensive. We are not responsible for travel, childcare, lost work, lodging, or other incidental expenses.

Fit and safety concerns

We may decline or discontinue an intensive when the service is not appropriate for the participant’s needs, when urgent or higher-level support appears necessary, when safety concerns arise, or when participation becomes abusive, threatening, unlawful, or materially disruptive. Any refund determination will depend on the circumstances, services already provided, applicable written terms, and applicable law.

Charge concerns

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact jessica@elementalhealthtx.com promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit your rights with your card issuer or financial institution. Knowingly making a false chargeback or misrepresenting delivery may violate these Terms and applicable law.

Policy changes

We may revise this policy for future purchases. The policy presented or linked before your purchase will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
